1. About Our Products
We sell 3D printed models and custom gifts made to order. Every item is individually produced, so small variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. This is part of the handmade nature of our products and not considered a fault.
2. Placing an Order
To place an order, simply add products to your basket and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve accepted your order.
If there’s an issue (for example, out-of-stock materials or pricing errors), we’ll contact you before processing payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if necessary (for example, if an item can’t be made or shipped safely).
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK taxes.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure payment system (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, or similar). We don’t store your payment details ourselves.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch most standard orders within 48 hours. Custom prints or large orders may take longer, and we’ll confirm estimated delivery times before production.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size.
We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services once items have been dispatched, but we’ll always do our best to help track delayed parcels.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalised, they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the problem, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
For non-custom items, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order, as required by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To return a non-custom item, please contact us first for instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
6. Custom Designs and Files
If you send us your own designs, files, or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s intellectual property rights.
We may refuse to print or produce any design that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.
7. Product Quality and Safety
We make every effort to ensure that all products meet high standards of quality and safety.
Our 3D printed items are for decorative and display purposes only unless otherwise stated. They’re not suitable for small children or for food contact unless specifically labelled as such.
8. Website Use
You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not:
Copy or reproduce any part of our site without permission
Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website
Use our content, images, or products for resale without written consent
All website content (including text, photos, and designs) is the property of Custom Designs and protected by copyright law.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss that results from using our products or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.
